Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Bharath Fix mobile applications or website operated by Bharath Fix Services ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Services Scope & Booking Agreement

Bharath Fix connects customers with background-verified technicians for home appliance repair, maintenance, and installation services. By placing a booking or ordering an appliance on our platform, you agree to provide accurate address and contact details.

2. Visiting Fee & Quotation Process

• A non-refundable inspection/visiting fee (e.g. ₹199) covers the technician's doorstep visit and diagnosis.
• If spare parts or major repairs are required, the technician will provide an upfront quotation inside the app for your explicit approval before commencing work.
• If you approve the quotation, the visiting fee is adjusted against the final service bill.

3. Appliance Purchases, Delivery & Installation

• Product sales are fulfilled with manufacturer warranty and free or optional doorstep installation as indicated at checkout.
• Delivery timelines are estimated between 24-48 hours within our functional service districts.
• Customers must verify product packaging and provide the 4-digit Delivery OTP to the delivery partner upon unboxing.

4. Cancellation & Service Credit Policy

• Pre-Visit Cancellation: Bookings cancelled prior to technician dispatch qualify for a 100% instant refund credited as Bharath Fix Service Credits.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellations: Unpaid COD bookings incur zero refund.
• Service Credits: Service credits can be used anytime towards future home service bookings or product purchases within the app. Credits hold no cash redemption value outside the platform.

5. OTP Security Validation

To ensure customer safety and work accuracy, all service jobs require a 4-digit Start OTP (given to technician upon arrival) and a Completion OTP (given upon completion). Do not share OTPs before the technician arrives or before inspecting finished work.

6. Warranty Coverage

Bharath Fix provides a 30-day service warranty on repair work executed by our technicians. Manufacturer warranties apply directly to brand-new appliance purchases as per manufacturer terms.
